  2. Halo PSA they have an area where you start an engagement with a potential client and basically, we enter the info and there is a continuation throughout the whole process. Start, contract sales, and then eventually it turns into a client. I would be able to bring in my marketing team inside Atera to start the process there. Right now we use Xoho forms.

  4. Would be great if there was a better way to change a users passwords. At the least have a confirmation of when the password was saved that it actually worked. I very often click to save twice and sometimes it still dont seem to save. Also if it was easier in general to set up work from home would be great.

  5. It seems like such a simple thing but we need to be able to run a customer list report. We would also need to include or filter by any added custom fields to the record.

  6. We need to be able to edit contact information for customers. I have tried to add phone numbers and extensions, only to have the program not take it, and I had to reach out to a tech to see why. They explained that we aren't able to add anything but numbers when editing the phone number portion, but even if I add an extension number after the main part of a phone number, it won't "take". Why can't there be a field added for phone extension? Also, just trying to edit any field in general is hard to do because…

It would be nice to be able to update contact information in real time, so when you type in the information and click on the checkmark it updates and gives you a confirmation that the editing took hold. I have tried editing contact information for customer contacts and I have to go back in several times to get it to "take".

  8. It would be great to get Customer Satisfaction results via the API.

    The report available in the platform currently lists all results for each ticket but I would really like to get an overall for each customer and all customers.

  9. When clicking on Customer (https://app.atera.com/new/customers) you're taken to your list of Customers where you're able to 'Search customer name'( https://app.atera.com/new/customer/#####). On the screen that contains various tabs;Contacts, Contracts,Devices,etc, the line below where the name 'Devices' in bold appears it would nice to see/show; 'Online: ###' and 'Offline:###', and have the ability to click once and those selectioned deivce are shown on the page.

  10. We are limited to only 5 asset types. This is very short sighted since there are many more types of assets in the IT world. i.e. Phones, Switches, Routers, Computers, Monitors, Toner, to name a few. We should be able to add as many as we need.

  11. It would be nice, when adding multiple assets of the same type, to be able to copy them. That would make bulk adding of items such as computers or phones easier.

  12. Since devices are assets too, it would be nice to see them or, at the very least, copy them to the Assets tab so all assets can appear together... and then be able to report on all of it.

  14. We are a msp and we manage the IT infrastructure of companies who also have a part time it technician. It would be great if this person could use some features of Atera e.g. remote maintenance, ticket etc.. for a cheaper price.

  15. ZIP code lookup, ask simply for ZIP and have a setting in the admin portal to default to US or whatever country you do business in. Then one could enter the ZIP code 10019 and New York, NY should auto populate in the city and state field based on that ZIP.

  19. Ability to allow one or more of an existing client contacts to generate reports related to that client which include ability to run tickets with tickets activity, auditor report for HW and patches etc..

    For example if I have company XYZ in my clients, and I have Joe he is the main contact or super user working for XYZ company, then I should be able to grant him access and permissions to run related activities such as tickets, tickets activities, HW, patches etc..
