Enable One way Chat & features
We would like to use the Chat using the agent rather than the chat/messaging used in Splashtop as its very basic. It would be great to be able to use this to engage with the end user before connecting to their device. Where permission can be granted to connect. I feel the chat feature should just be enabled, without the need for the end user to register it or accept the chat, nor need to activate using a token. Disk Active Time Metric
Display the Disk Active Time as a Percentage under the Metrics panel for Agents. This will help us evaluate if the users are experiencing lag time due to system limitations or stuck processes.

Laptops report their GPS location to track where inventory is.
Most new laptops have GPS capabilities integrated. It would be great if Atera could collect this information. We would be able to click on an asset and see its location on a map. This would help locate missing inventory and/or track where the asset has been.

HTTPS Agent installer link
When generating a new agent installer, after selecting the OS and assigning the new agent to a customer, the third step is to download it. Clicking the "Download" button works fine if we want to download the agent installer to the local computer and put it on a flash drive or something. Only problem with that is that there have been many occassions when I need to send the installer via e-mail, and most e-mail services block this file for security purposes, as it is an .exe file. Public URLs
For network monitoring, we can create multiple types of network. Issue is that you need an Atera agent . Would be good to not necessarily need a connected agent because it's the Atera agent to monitor urls that are public and that are not in company networks.

Tray icon changes
Tray icon have the ability to send ticket requests to an email address for those that don't use the ticketing from Atera.
Also
The Ability to not have to register to be able to use the Tray icon, not all customers want to do this and even when they do it only tags into Atera ticketing system

Schedule wakeup
It would be great if you could define in the settings when the device should start on weekdays, then you could make the updates at this time, for example, and you could turn on the devices controlled for the customer schedule, which would help many customers.

block or deactivate the agent download URL
Sometimes third party software/provider found the Agent download URL and tried to install it to ensure it is not malicious, so those devices appears on our console. We suggest to create an option to block or deactivate the agent download URL in order to avoid this issue.

Add customised Agent download links to the customer portal
It would be really useful to have the custom agent version available as a download link in the customer portal for self install. Here's how it would work -
- We setup the customer and add their users
- The user can then login to the customer portal
- On the first page they land on there should be links to the custom agent install for Windows & Mac based on the company they are in within Atera.

I would love to globally set my agents to only play sound on the remote machine and not on mine, and also to remove the splashtop printers as I don't need them. It would be useful to have both of these options configured as default for new agents also

I would love to globally set my installed agents to only play sound on the remote machine and not transfer to mine thus not interrupting a video or music when I'm just checking on useage for a classroom, and also to remove the splashtop printers since i don't use them. Device Update with unique ID
Hello, could we imagine an update of the device part by unique id ? (example : mac address? If the mac address is already present, the agent retrieves the information from the previous device. This would allow it to preserve the history, limit the number of duplicates following a relocation or a name change. Thank you. (The removal function of agents not connected since X is difficult to use in my case, we have portable workstations that can stay outside for several months without returning to the office, I do not want to lose control of these workstations).
