This can be done with custom fields. however they do not get picked up by search

sigh.
via "Network Discovery" Atera module?
enable SNMP and let the ND module do its thing.
for more detailed stuff?
Atera could replicate the HUDU cloud integration with Unifi devices. (github somewhere)
Which is basically the download of unifi controller data pushed into hudu.
Honestly, I would love for Atera to be the initial endpoint for the push
I would love for atera to make hudu no longer required.
problem is that what I need is not doable by either on their own
What I really want, and this is an Atera thing? is some sort of IPAM that tells me a free range in my list of networks that allows me to ensure no client has overlapping IP ranges

suggestion is this.
for any client using bitwarden, we should be able to set up a folder for them (in their bitwarden instance) and allow the client level, and asset level (as a subfolder of the main one) passwords, notes and even documents.
this could be done via selfhosted vaultwarden_rs instances, and allow Atera to keep files and details offline in a hosted vaultwarden_rs instance instead of in their network
It would offload file hosting and so forth, whilst allowing clients of the MSP to see it all
best part is that you are offloading the data storage to the MSP

This is why I will likely not pursue migrating my clients to this platform any more.
Glad I checked out the invoicing side before committing

Honestly, this is 2024. this is just poor programming at this stage
Restarting a device on 7/8/24 is fraught with danger when you live in a DD/MM/YYYY country.
At the very least settle on YYYY\Mon\Date
