I normally work with multiple computers located in different areas of the company. Why can I only connect one computer to my account (as contact)? I have several customers with the same situation, but absurdly, ATERA only allows me to connect one computer to one contact and does not provide for anything of this nature.

Hi, I need to assign different agents to the same contact but I can't find how to do it. Let's imagine a scenario in which a specific contact has an Apple computer, a windows desktop computer and a windows notebook. Currently the tool only allows you to connect a user to only a computer.

Ciao,
I hope you can realize this.In the list of OIDs displayed per monitored SNMP device, in addition to the edit button (which unfortunately only modifies the name) and delete... can add an "add monitor" button so as to avoid 10 clicks and immediately arrive at the page of the selected monitor to be inserted?
In the sequence of monitored OIDs, in addition to "delete the selected" add an EDIT button that actually allows you to modify the parameters while maintaining that specific OID.
Nobody likes wasting time, but in many ways Atera's interface seems designed specifically to waste time.
Thanks in advance and sorry for the bad English

Hello, could you add the possibility of enabling or disabling the ATERA Helpdesk icon via script or policy? The current method is, in my opinion, drastically impractical. The system requires you to select the agent to enable this feature. Sure, for a single client I can select all devices and enable the icon on all machines, but what if I only want to apply it to the workstation folder or the entire client? But above all, if I add agents, I have to remember on which machines the icon is enabled, which is not at all obvious when scrolling through the devices. So: 1) increase visibility in the various screens related to devices regarding whether the helpdesk icon is enabled on the machine or not 2) be able to apply it at the policy or script level ... Thanks in advance.
