    Ability to override helpdesk agent name by customer. Now it shows the company name configured in general settings (for example CONTOSO LTD), but for some customers we would like to show - for example - SOS COMPUTER LTD, as we make remote assistance in the name of an IT partner of our.

    Need for a menu customization in helpdesk agent. Some competitors allow to hide menu option or change their captions, for example to localize the menu in same language speaked by the computer user.

    Having a multi-tenant environment with the possibility to authorize external persons, we could re-sell Atera services to our customers having an IT support brach in their organization, with the scope to sharing support activities with that branch. For example we could be able to provide 1st level helpdesk services and delegate 2nd level to the customer, or the opposite.
