An error occurred while saving the comment Loris Barbi commentedHaving a multi-tenant environment with the possibility to authorize external persons, we could re-sell Atera services to our customers having an IT support brach in their organization, with the scope to sharing support activities with that branch. For example we could be able to provide 1st level helpdesk services and delegate 2nd level to the customer, or the opposite.

I agree: the "folder view" should be as the "all devices" view, the same layout.
