Yes, and show us a timestamp of the current inventory. So it is easy to guess if something went wrong or if the inventory is just outdated.

A simple workaround would be to run an automation profile "now" on a single device. Best on the agent page.

We need to change the FROM just for the alerts and leave the ticket sender as our primary support mail.
