When reviewing alerts and opening a ticket from an alert, device that originally caused the alert not automatically adding to newly ticket.
When reviewing alerts and opening a ticket from an alert, device that originally caused the alert not automatically adding to new ticket. As an example, I received an alert for disk usage exceeding 95%, this of course is directly associated with a device since it triggered the warning, however when creating a ticket from this alert, it is not associating the device with the ticket, only a customer (presumably one who last used the device) and if that customer does not have that particular device assigned to them it won't associate with the ticket at all. This should be intuitive…

Pause alerts on multiple devices
When doing maintenance of whatever on multiple machines, it would be very handy to pause the alerts on all those machines in one time. Now you can only do it per machine.
There is already a multiple select for machines when you're looking at the machines of a customer, so adding a button to pause alerts shouldn't be that difficult I hope.6 votes -
Integrate Atera with SaaS Alerts
Unify enhances SaaS Alerts’ event data with device data from supported RMM platforms.
After mapping devices to their respective accounts, Unify can prove that users know their password, have the MFA token, and that they are accessing the SaaS application from a known device.

Pivot into specific logs triggering an alert
If I receive an alert for failed logins, I would like an icon to bring me to those events or to summarize IP/User or something similar.

supress alerts
Can you please add the ability to suppress/alerts for devices indefinitely? At the moment the longest I can set it is 5 hours which is annoying for devices that I need to have alerts stop for.

Having a text alert for down customers sent to our cell phones
Being able to receive a text on our cell phones when a customer, mostly commercial customers, go down or there are critical errors would be crucial and very beneficial. This would be a much appreciated feature.

Automate printer consumable orders from SNMP generated alert
We want to be able to offer Automated Consumable Orders for our customers via Atera. We are monitoring their printers via SNMP. When the printers reach "Low Toner" status we want Atera to automatically create a ticket and email the supplier to order that client some toner and then close the ticket.
At the moment we can make this work, however there is one big problem. It will automatically create a ticket for ALL "Warning" or "Critical" status. Maybe this could be fixed with a new alert status called "Consumable"?

Alert Information
I have an alert setup that lets me know that there has been a certain amount of failed logins on a server, the thing is, it doesn't tell me where that failed attempt is coming from. A feature would be nice where we're alerted if it's an external attack or someone simply puts in the password wrong multiple times.

Differentiation between different NIC speed classes for Alerting
Alerts - Differentiation between different NIC types
It makes no sense to configure a network bandwith alert for e.g. 90Mb/s if there are also 10Gb-NICs on the same server.
We have lots of Hyper-V hosts, which typically use 1Gb-NICs for client communication and 10Gb-NICs for storage communication. With the above threshold setting we have lots of false poisitives troughout the day. Therefore it would be rather important to differentiate between different NIC speed classes2 votes -
Set different email templates on Tickets autocreation + auto resolve ticket
Add the possibility to choose different email templates when a Ticket is created from a an certain alert.
For exemple, if an alert for CPU temperature triggers the creation of a Ticket an email explaining the alert is sent to the user. Then if it's an alert for a disk full, a different email is sent.
Also if an alert triggers to run a script to resolve the issue, if the monitoring goes back below the threshold the ticket created automaticly should be resolved automaticly.

Improvement to Network Bandwidth Threshold Monitor
I couldn't find any information on the Network Bandwidth monitor and ended up thinking it worked intuitively, when in reality it doesn't.
Atera's Network Bandwidth monitor is actually monitoring the total bytes sent and received on an interface. A better name for this monitor would be "Network Utilization" as that describes what is being measured, or better yet "Network Interface Utilization" because Atera isn't monitoring the entire network saturation, only the interface utilization on an endpoint.
I do think there's still a place for bandwidth monitoring though. I'd like to monitor for low bandwidth connections so I can be better…

Stop sending the same alert for the same device multiple times
Stop sending the same alert for the same device multiple times.
When receiving Disk Usage/CPU/Memory/Temperature alerts, these are creating new tickets going to different techs and sending multiple emails to customers about the same thing which is spammy. Would be good to stop receiving the same alert multiple times until it is fixed.11 votes -
variable CPU temp thresholds depending on CPU Types and Specs
Some CPU can work at much higher temperatures than others and therefore it would be great to have High CPU alerts that changes according to what type of CPU are in the endpoint. For example, I believe that the max CPU temp for Intel Core i5-4670K is around 72°C but for a Intel Core i5-7600K it's 100°C. I would like the alert for high CPU temp to not trigger if a i5-7600K runs at 85C but would like for it to be triggered for a i5-4670K if it runs at 80C... Thanks

Device check in missed notifications.
It would be helpful to be able to trigger an alert if a device hasn't checked in for a period of time.
E.g., if a laptop has been offline form more that 10 days it may be worth triggering and alert to make sure the agent is installed and functioning correctly. Currently this requires a manual check.

Alerts and ticket creation rules
The current alerting / ticketing regime is not flexible enough. I would like the option to resolve alerts and not have them disappear automatically. Also, I would like to have rule options for ticket creation. I don't need a duplicate ticket for every time a processor gets too hot, etc. It would be nice to have it fall into the same ticket and register it as an alert under the ticket. So I could easily see how many times the alert kicked off. Maybe there could be a way for the user tickets and monitoring tickets to fall in different…

Windows Old version alert
Hello,
Currently there are operating systems that are out of support (for example Windows 7), but many customers still keep this OS and when new devices are added we often don't see that they have these old OS.
It would be nice to have an alert which warns that they have this old OS.
Thank you!

Suppress alerts schedule
Suppress alerts during a schedule. I.e. admins can match suppressed alerts schedule to certain tasks e.g. backups (when resources utilisation is often peaked and causes many alerts).
