  2. Just as the tile reads it would be really really helpful to be able to remove items or add new ones to all or multiple thresholds at once.

    I actually just came across myself having to go to each and every threshold to remove a singe service check from each one. Very time consuming.

    Not to mention adding a new check to all or just some and maybe having a check with settings that have to be duplicated each and every time for every threshold.

  4. For specific kinds of maintenance we need to be able to suspend alerts on a wide range of devices for up to 48 hours. Right now, it is a very tedious process to suspend alerts and it's only possible to suspend them for up to 5 hours.

    Please offer more options for suspending alerts, as this feature is vital for maintenance work.

  5. Currently you can only pause alerts for up to 5 Hours. The pause would be better if allowing up to 24 hours, as well as an alternate of days and weeks.

    Often systems will be shut down, users on holidays, equipment out for repair among other reasons. Flexible pause options would be far more useful.

  7. Hello,

    I have some Event viewer Tresolds. Iám missing 2 thinks here:

    1. Overruling the message with a understanding on instead of a copy of the event.
    2. If its Information i wont get a email notice, maybe to overrule it so it will email within the thresold rule? (Like inserting a USB)

    It would be awesome if we could setup alert notifications when a new device is added to our account.

    We had a couple rogue devices get installed the other day, and didn't realize until we just saw them in the portal.

  10. I'd like to be able to group alerts. For example Server alerts or Workstation alert don't go to the same email address.
    Eve better if it could be different email for different Customers.
    Customers have different SLA so this is important for MSP's

  11. Alert schedule profile

    Create Schedule profile that can be imposed on specific Alert or Threshold profile
    When alert should be active or not .
    ( we have many sites on Generators with no continuous electricity 7X24 or sites / networks/equipment that is down for nights/weekends/holidays )

    Scheduled profiles can be used for other needs in the app other then Alerts

I would like to suggest that the emails that go out automatically when a ticket is closed be combined into one email that contains the technician response, the notification of the ticket being closed and the survey all in one email rather than 3 separate emails. it can be overwhelming when an end user submits multiple tickets daily and receives 3 emails for each ticket when it is closed.

  15. Suppress alerts during a schedule. I.e. admins can match suppressed alerts schedule to certain tasks e.g. backups (when resources utilisation is often peaked and causes many alerts).

  17. it would be great if i could create a ticket/task to a technician without customer contact dependencies
    for example if an alert informing a server not connected for 2-3 days . i want to be able to create a ticket to a technician with no customer contact manually or automatically

  18. It would be very useful to be notified (e.g. an email) when an alert has been automatically resolved.
    For example, if a server goes offline I get an email and if it comes back online I always get a resolution email

  20. Currently if we want to add an alert ID to a threshold, the type (information, critical, etc) much match what is in the Event Viewer. We need to be able to set it differently for our Atera alerts.

    For example, for detecting potential ransomware, we want to monitor a scheduled task creation, Event ID 4698 and 4700. In the Event Viewer that's an information alert. We would like to be able for that to show up as a critical alert in Atera to get our attention so it's not lost.
