Refresh 'Available Patches' & Status on all devices
I think there should be a button that force refresh on the Available Patches.
We have a script that force windows updates, and once most of our devices are updated, we need to one by one, manually click on the 'Available Patches' 'manage' button, and once the interface opens, click to manually refresh it.
This all process could be avoided, if we could select the list of devices we want to 'refresh' and then a refresh button to force the refresh on them.
As some devices are just listed on the Devices list, but had been there without any refresh for 6hrs+

Hello everyone, thanks for raising this. Good news: you don’t need to open each device to refresh patch data.
Patch inventory for online devices auto-refreshes every hour across Atera. You can verify the exact timestamp in the Last patch scan field—no per-device “Manage → Refresh” needed.
Where to see it:
- Devices page: add/visible column Last patch scan (date + time of the most recent scan).
- Patch Management: Dashboard → Devices tab: the same Last patch scan timestamp is shown for each device. the "Last Patch Scan" is clickable.

- Ensure devices remain online after the script finishes.
- Within ≤ 60 minutes, the Available patches and status will auto-update in Devices and the Patch Dashboard.
- Sort by “Last patch scan” to quickly spot any devices that haven’t refreshed yet (they’ll show an older timestamp).Edge cases to check:
- Devices offline or with unstable connectivity won’t refresh until they’re online.
- If a device is online but still stale well beyond an hour, please open a ticket so we can review agent connectivity and Windows Update health on that endpoint.++
