machine status unknown threshold
Simple update- would love to see an option to tweak the Machine Status Unknown
time threshold.
I'm not so sure on what the threshold is set to currently however, it's too short as this is 90% of our alerts yet the computers are always resolved on their own the next day.

Simply being allowed to adjust the threshold for a device being unresponsive to whatever time we want would cut down on probably 90% of my noise and I wouldn't just be ignoring alerts like I am now because there is a 90% chance its just noise and not an actual problem.

I get the notification even when pc are turned off.
would be nice to add a feature like "if I have an automation via Atera to turn off the pcs do not notify me that they have an unknown status, because they are just powered off"
