Better Granularity of user roles
Would like to give technicians full permissions to specific customers, don't wan't to assign "full admin access".
Things like create folder, add computers to folders does not work if you haven't assigned "full admin access"

In addition to this, Being able to give technicians permissions to run "patch search and deploy", "patch status summary", "Patch & Automation Feedback" and "Software Inventory" reports without having to give the technician the full admin role is crucial. These sections under reporting all have legitimate use cases for technicians, but having to give those technicians access to all cusotmers and to all other global settings to let them do this is a big issue.
