Have the ability to add multiple line items each with a quantity for multiple products. For example, billing M365 licenses, the ability to list each license with a quantity.

Hello Team,
Its very important t to have multiple expiration notification (Seperate for each customers for that customer binded contracts) option when we mange customer contracts with different products like Microsoft, Adobe and other softwares.
Example : For customer A we have a contract with a software support , then expiration notification prior to 1 month of next renewal should go to our admin email ID and customer accounts. Same way for customer B , our admin email and Customer B accounts like. Its very critical when you have contracts management.
Please have a look and update with priority.

Custom Ticket
I'd like to have more customisation of ticket fields. At the moment you can only add values to the "status" field. I think it would be a good idea to be able to change the values of each field or at least add new ones (and change their order).

Add Products Module to the Internal IT Department Model
Currently as an "Internal IT Department" we will never bill our other individual company departments. With that said, it would be nice to track inventory of either products we have in stock and/or what we are ordering for other groups and tie dollar amounts to those. This will help IT departments in general as it gives us insight into keeping stock via trends, record other departments IT spending as-well-as keep consistent on ordering special requests.

Choose Rate from Hourly Contracts when adding time entries
Be able to choose the hourly rate for work done on a ticket. Some tickets might require a different technician that has a different hourly rate, or if a Standard technician does Enterprise work the technician should charge as enterprise technician rather then a standard rate.
