  1. When I close a chat with a customer, it does not need to send an email to that customer. Would be nice to exclude it but right now, you cannot exclude it. Does not give you the option under Source in the ticket auto rules

  2. Having permission tied with certain ticket statuses. One of our status is sales ticket, that would be great if only our coordinator could see those tickets.

  3. Currently via the Ticket tab and ticket filter, when selecting 1 particular day, the filter shows zero results, two days need to be selected to show results, in turn, tickets for the two days are displayed.
    Can the config be changed to allow 1 day to be selected?

  4. it'd be good to be able to run a report with basic details of all active and pending helpdesk tickets. Not necessary to provide all info within each ticket just ticket title and date created

  5. It would be nice to have a feature that auto-alphabetizes values in the Custom Fields sections, specifically under Ticket Type. Or, if we had the ability to drag/drop to rearrange the values instead of needing to retype the list.

  6. Our help-desk gets CC'd in irrelevant emails occasionally and getting us out of the loop can be quite challenging. The ability to manually force the specific ticket to remain closed would be very beneficial.

  7. Phone call to create tickets with all the information. If we talk to a customer on the phone, it would be nice to add that directly into Atera.

  8. I'd like to always see the Ticket Description when I open/view an open or pending ticket. I think that should always be the top line/box with notes/emails showing below it.

  11. Create a simple option to block anyone who is not a contact or using the domain of the client company. Will help stop spam emails/tickets being created.

  14. Allow a technician or requestor to post a comment that both can see, but no email is generated. This allows for information to be tracked that should not be in an email, but both parties need to see it.

  15. The ability to change from which mailbox the calendar event is set. What is currently happening to us is that we have a shared mailbox and a technician specific mailbox, it is picking the technician specific mailbox as default when setting the event as that is the main mailbox on the technicians PC. We of course would like the shared mailbox to be used to set events.

  16. When clients receive an email, the preview should be the first few sentences of the body as it is on Outlook and other email clients. When technicians reply to a ticket from Atera, the users receive '___Please Reply Above This Line___' on the email preview and that just looks unprofessional as well as there is no real benefit as the user has to actually click on the email to view the body. I have been using Atera for almost 2 years and I can assure you it was better before without this preview feature.

  18. We need the ability to add custom fields to tickets that only apply to specific customers. Not all our customers use all our services and being able to only show them what they pay for would be helpful. We would also use this to offer specific support for customer specific applications.

  19. Please can you add the below feature to the Helpdesk - Editing an existing case.
    We find ourselves updating incorrect cases, E.G – Case 2149 is assigned to Tech A but updates Case 2148 which is assigned to Tech B. Unfortunately, we cannot remove this update thus having to re-create both cases.

  20. When adding calendar events to a ticket, it would be helpful to also be able to see all past calendar events. Being able to set a default subject of the calendar event would also be helpful along with the customers name.
