This is huge for us, we utilize ScreenConnect already for both Macs and Windows machines. But we just recently learned of this limitation. We understand the complications of installing a SC agent on a Mac via Atera dashboard is impossible. But even allowing the integration to see if that Mac is already on the SC dashboard would be huge. This way, we can still connect through Atera, but also understand it won't install automatically like Windows if it doesn't exist on the machine.
This isn't a make or break deal, but just annoying we have to goto CW SC now to access our Macs instead of through Atera.
