    I see that this has been sitting for a while without any updates.
    I would love to see this feature so that I can automatically send reports to VIPs so they can easily see the state of things.
    Exporting all of these by hand takes forever and should just be a check box on the schedule.

    Neat idea, but I have 3 questions.

    1. Do you trust the AI to suggest a working solution that wont break something?
    2. Do you trust the user to be descriptive enough for the AI to get a good idea of the problem?
    3. Do you trust the user enough to approve the execution of said AI script?

    I don't remotely trust enough on all 3 counts.
    It'll get there some day, but it is a ways off still.

    To me the multiple machines to a single user is a bigger need. Users have multiple computers and need to be able to be attached as such.

    Hoping that we can see some movement on the dev for this, but I have a feeling there is a fair amount of back-end work to get this added\fixed.

    Also really looking for this feature ASAP.

    This is a base feature in all of the big player software packages and would be a deal breaker for a lot of MSPs.

    You should be able to attach a user to multiple machines (many users have a desktop and a laptop) or vice versa (terminal server or a shared computer).
