Surprised this has so few votes. It would be really nice to be able to organize automation profiles into folders/categories instead of one giant list.

It would be really nice if I could sort my devices list by last logged on user. It makes finding a particular user's computer much easier. Some of the other columns are sortable but not that one for some reason.

Kaseya's LiveConnect also has this feature. It shows a small preview of the screen, not big enough to read any actual words, so you can easily tell if a computer is sitting at the login screen or not. As others have mentioned, it should be toggleable so orgs with privacy rules can stay compliant.

Kaseya VSA has a feature like this that I use quite a bit. It would be nice if Atera could do the same. Just a simple hosted file repository, where you can upload files and then plug their location into scripts for deploying to computers, for example.

This would be a huge help for my team too. For example, we frequently need to escalate issues to outside vendors, so "Awaiting vendor response" would be more appropriate than "Awaiting requester response".

Adding my hat to the pile on this suggestion. I'm currently working on a large software migration project and I'm finding myself going into individual machines and manually updating the software inventory list on each one, which is really frustrating and tedious. I should just be able to select a number of machines and click one button to make them all initiate a software inventory refresh at once, or the refresh cycle should be much faster (like 30 minutes or less).
