Hello,
I wanted to give you visibility into our Q3 roadmap as it relates to your feature request.
We are planning to embed Looker by Google, the industry leading tool for report generation. With this enhancement, a new set of reports will be made available to view on our Growth and Power tiers. Users on our Power tier will be able to create their own custom reports to display the information they need to make data-driven decisions, every time.

I have tested a few RMM's and some of them the agent in "add-remove programs" have the uninstall button greyed out so the user cannot uninstall it. it is only removed when the device is deleted from the portal.

this can be done although it will require two steps.
step 1: connect to RDS using splashtop and sign into the RDS as admin.
step 2: open session manager on the RDS and shadow the user.if you want to use splashtop to connect directly to the user then perhaps Atera can implement some form of dropdown list detecting active users, for you to select the one you want to support , just a thought

an option to export an invoice batch as pdf, or automate it to send to an email address such as accounts, we use our own billing system, and do not feel the need buy a full license for accounts to access only this page to see what is to be billed to each customer.

I was with N-Able, their failed login's show the Ip address with number of times it failed to login then a list of usernames with the number of times each user has failed to log in. This is handy as I could then block these IP addresses. or the entire subnet.

there is nothing worse than adding 48 OID's several times for each monitor option on a 48 port switch only to discover you cannot reorder or edit them to (only name) if you missed a port number. in order to do this you have to delete one OID at a time, there is no multi select option,
