Widget for Disk Capacity
We would like a widget in the dashboard for disk capacity alerts. as this is one of the biggest reasons why we took Atera. Unfortunately we cant monitor this properly now.

Network Monitoring
I'm currently trialing Atera, and loving the platform so far - the only thing I'd suggest with network/monitoring and alerts is having the option to select numerous agents as the network monitor - for example with SNMP or generic, reason for this is, if your monitoring agent is offline; I've noticed with generic it doesn't show that your devices that are being monitored by the agent as offline. Perhaps have a round-robin method of monitoring, thus if a monitoring agent is offline but another is online it'll still monitor your network devices - but also, with that being said if…

Userfriendly Names for all kinds of Alerts
we had to switch to script-based queries for Windows Event logs because Atera does not allow custom labeling for alerts in the alert dashboard. The events are signaled with an Atera-specific label and the corresponding event ID. Since we operate the alarm dashboard on a wall-mounted TV for quick responses, it is not helpful to only see "just an event ID". As a custom name for alerts is possible for scripts but not for event log queries, we suspect that your development team may have simply overlooked this. Having custom names for the alert dashboard for all queries would certainly…

Sound Alerts
I think a nice optional feature would be to have optional sound alerts that a ticket has been created. As an IT professional I am not always looking at my dashboard and occasionally am delayed in responding to tickets due to the fact that I am not alerted like the other sound alerts.

Different Thresholds for Different Disk Drives
I have two or more drives to monitor and I am only allowed to monitor all or none with the same threshold. I wish to monitor two drives differently. One set to 90% and one set to 4GB for critical.

Notifications via pushover
Notifications via pushover NEEDS to be an option. The Atera phone app is not reliable and doesn;t keep going off when there is a notification. Plus it keeps needing to be logged into for the ability to see the alerts but most of the time they still don't show up after logging back into the app.
Give the ability to send notifications to Pushover so Atera RMM would detect that a node is offline that we want monitored and push the notification as a urgent notification to Pushover. The Pushover app then will keep alerting on your device until you…

External Monitoring
Have the ability to monitor firewalls externally via a cloud poller rather than a device inside the network - e.g. check a firewall over the internet for http / ping rather than relying on the host inside the network being on.

Change Email Alert Template so problem is stated in the subject
We would like to change the Email Alerts so that the issue or the problem is stated within the subject line rather than the body of the email.

Alert if working someone elses ticket
Alert if you grab a ticket that someone else has already grabbed, alert before you save any comments if the ticket is in someone else's name, alert before you change the status of a ticket that belongs to someone else, etc.
Basically, this will just let you know that someone else got to it faster since it is not real-time and you are not both working the same ticket.

Threshold profiles/alerts to go to different teams
Would like to be able to send alert profiles to different staff. I have one profile for workstations and one for servers. Would like to have workstation alerts email the helpdesk and server alerts to the server/network admins.

threshold disk
Is it possible to have a threshold regarding free space on a disk? If I set a percentage, it is very different if I have a 2TB disk, compared to a 300GB disk. It would be great to have a threshold that creates an alert if I exceed XX GB Free

Alert escalations
I would like an option that if it wasn't resolved after so much time to email another address (escalation@domain.com). I know I can do this with tickets with a beta feature, but I don't normally use tickets

Script-based Threshold Item
The new script-based threshold item is a really great addition, but it highlights an important component missing from Atera - inheritance.
When applying thresholds to endpoints, it's necessary to have thresholds inherit monitors from upstream thresholds. Right now in Atera, only one threshold can be applied to any endpoint at a time. What we need are thresholds that can build upon each other and overwrite values based on where the value changes.
For instance, I'd like to configure a top level (default) threshold to apply to everyone, but then get more specific with thresholds at a customer, and even more…

Group multiply Alerts
It would be very useful if the same alerts were grouped, for example: if I get an alert from a client 5 times an hour that the ssl certificate is about to expire, this alert should not be created again and again but only once with a counter that counts up the messages.

Alerts if a device goes offline and stays there for a certain time
It would be nice to be able to receive an email alert when a device goes offline and stays there for 30 days, for example.
Upon receiving these emails, one could specifically investigate why the device is offline.2 votes -
Integrate Atera with SaaS Alerts
Unify enhances SaaS Alerts’ event data with device data from supported RMM platforms.
After mapping devices to their respective accounts, Unify can prove that users know their password, have the MFA token, and that they are accessing the SaaS application from a known device.
