Ticket pane
Multiple ticket filters on one screen. Be able to assign an order to filters and if there are any tickets matching the filter they are displayed on screen in order of the filter preference then by the filter rules within that pane.

Be able to filter out customers
We've got a customer who is dealt with by a specific technician who also like to spam tickets and it'd be really useful for the other technicians to be able to easily filter out said customer.

Intregation of Email-based Monitoring
Add Integration Monitoring of Email-Notifications from different Devices, likewise "Checkcentral" for example. We monitor Backupjob from different systems with different Software. The Software send only Mails, when the Backup-Job is definitly running OK, otherwise the Monitor shows failure.

Add alert sound when you receive new message
Chat function: only alert you get is a little number that pops up at the top of screen. if you are halfway down the screen you never see it.

Timed customer visits
We would like an option for when one of our technicians are on-site they can select the customer they are visiting and have a timer for how long they are on-site. At the moment we have to create a ticket and manually add a timed entry.
Ideally this could be done on the app.

Make threshold checks less sensitive
Since moving to 100th percent for disk threshold checks, we now get a great many more alerts/resolves as storage bumps against the threshold. Was never so frequent when checks were whole percent.
Can we either go back to whole percent, which was perfectly adequate or revise the threshold checks so it doesn't generate so many alerts. Option 1 is simpler but if there's a valid reason for measuring disk usage at 100th of a percent then it needs a "resolution" threshold as well.
That is, above 90% warning alert but needs to drop below say 85% before the alert is…

Device view to show monitored devices by the agent
at the moment you can nowhere can see in the device view of an server/desktop agent if it is monitoring other devices like "generic".
at the moment we swap a lof of virtual servers which monitor certain others things in the network. you finally see it if you want to delete an old, swapped server, then you get the note that there are devices monitored.

Number of alert lines on the dashboard
It would be nice to be able to change the size of the boxes manually instead of having predefined L XL sizes and above all, to be able to increase the number of alerts visible beyond 6.

When on a customer page, modals should be pre-populated with the current customer.
When on a customer page, the "Install Agent" and "Edit Relations" modals should be pre-populated with the current customer.
If I'm already on the customer page for "Research Corp" (made up) and I click "Install Agent" or "Edit Relations" (to put a device in a folder under "Research Corp") having to select the customer again each time seems redundant.

Show Software Details By Default Option
When checking the software inventory of an agent, have an option to remember if you want to see the details by default.
Currently, If I want to check the software inventory on multiple agents individually, each time I need to check the box to see the details of the software, such as the version and installation date.
It would be ideal if when checking that box, your choice is remembered.

Ticket can be reopened by technician but not by customer
Actually in the settings there's the flag "Ticket cannot be reopened", the request is for a second flag as a title.
