  1. The Splashtop remote access agent should allow more than one remote session on a customer computer at a time. For instance, there are times when one of our staff needs assistance during a remote session with a client. It would be nice if two of our support agents could both be in a remote session simultaneously.

    Hey everybody,


    We have introduced the ability to have simultaneous remote sessions on the same computer using our integration with AnyDesk! 

    The integration comes free of charge for our Growth and Power users.


    For the larger teams out there, you will be able to work together and help each other troubleshoot as you're assisting clients.


    Also, under Admin > Settings > Remote access, you can choose AnyDesk as your default remote connection tool, ensuring it is installed across all of your network and newly added agents.

  2. It would be good if the Agent could discover if Bit Locker is activated and possibly store the encryption key for Administrator safe keeping.

  8. Need the ability to either create custom fields that can be used in scripts that can store data. For instance a field that can store the devices's bitlocker recovery key that microsoft automatically enables on devices linked to microsoft accounts.

  9. Create an Alert when a computer has a pending reboot, such as from Windows updates. Often users will postpone reboots for days, which is not good. In the Bitdefender console we can see when reboots are needed for Bitdefender updates, but an alert for general pending reboots would really help.

  11. Currently the only way to forward is to add the forwarding recipient to the CC field, where the original recipient receives the email.
    When escalating to third parties etc this is sometimes not practical.
    The ability to change this would be very useful.

    Hey everybody,


    The ability to forward or change the "To" field in tickets exists in the system.


    You can do so by clicking the little pencil next to the requester panel (see screenshot).


    By changing the contact for the ticket, if you send a public reply, for ex. to a 3rd party, they will receive the ticket history as well.

  12. I want to inform the user that they need to reboot their computer after patches has been installed. I do not want to force reboot. We have many user who would loose work if a forced reboot was used.

  13. The app constantly logs out and doesn't retain a login session.

    It would be great to not have to constantly login on the app (maybe couple with faceID for iPhones?)

    We're thrilled to announce we've added additional filtering to our Azure AD sync capability.


    You will now be able to sync based on Groups and User Types (Members/Guests).


    This will allow you to have a more focused and relevant importing process, saving you from importing irrelevant contacts from your instance.

  15. It would be helpful if AI were integrated into Settings/Knowledge Base it assist in writing out a knowledge base.

    Use our own natural language and it would generate a KB we could work from and tweek for the end user to use.

    Hey all,


    I am happy to let you know we've added the option to generate KB articles from tickets using AI.

    This allows you an easy way to document knowledge in the organization and share it will both technicians and end-users. 


    The feature works best when documenting a "resolution" on the ticket (our AI model will better understand the neccessary steps for resolution out of the ticket context).


    Down the line, the Knowledge base will be connected to our AI suggestions and will be used to feed your private Atera instance with your unique organizational knowledge, so this could be a great point to start documenting.

  17. We need to be able to search the device list. It's not in any sort of logical order, and we can't sort by/filter anything. A basic machine name search would be really useful.

  20. Being able to remove a patch in its entirety from the patch management, instead of it being marked as "Excluded". Not show computers with excluded patches as computers with missing patches in reports or in the agent status.
