Cannot edit the file type of a script
The UI gives the impression that you can edit the script type - but actually you cannot - you have to delete it and start all over again.

DNS Addresses show under IP Address for Device
Have DNS Addresses show under IP Address for Devices. Would be pretty handy in a lot of situations. It's always DNS!

Separate Favorites list
Under each company, my "Favorites" list should not be the same as other Atera users Favorites list. In some cases, certain roles don't have or shouldn't have access to the same machines even, so our Favorites list should not be the same.

Display options, Tickets AND Customers
The display list for Tickets and Customers is too large, and too busy. Please allow us the option to display fields we want to see, and hide fields we dont.
Example:
Tickets view: If we could remove the SLA column we could see the full title.
With the new view I can only see 6 tickets at a time.
Customers view:
The previous view is preferred. However, making the font smaller, and less padding (lines not so spaced out), and changing the customer logo/icon to half the size would be a great improvement.13 votesNice! White label agent name
Currently we use ITARIAN, which allows us to rename and install the agent using our company name, this appears in the start menu and add or remove programs as our company name, this help avoid customer uninstalling by mistake if they don't know what the software is.
