Same here bud. Hoping to use Atera over Spiceworks for ticketing and being able to work tickets via email was very helpful.

Having the ability to assign users to more than one device would be helpful. I have users with multiple devices. I dont know the issues that would cause on backend automation so I dont want to list this as a major issue. Just an inconvenience at this time

Appears the "past due" field is based on SLA. Tickets really need to have the option of setting a due date. I like to add tickets when I find out about them, even if the due date is a month away.
Right now, I have to use the AI schedule tool, but that just hides the ticket.
