   The ability to customize the view per technician is a plus. I like to see certain info and other members of my team like to see other info. A quick view of the device is critical and saves time

   YES! We have multiple locations and have different subnets at each location. Seeing the IP gives us info on where this device is.

   Also, if not included, the IP would also be nice when searching for assets
