This is HUGE as we want to be able to integrate our phones with your system. If we could do an API search on a customer phone number then we could open that customer page when the phone rings.

A few additions needed:
1) Add "searchOptions.phone" to the customer API call. This would allow us to find a customer by phone number.
2) Add "Folder Name" to Agents. You have a Folder ID, but that is worthless since there is no way to get the folder name.
