An ideal dashboard would also be customizable: which modules to display and for how long.
Also, must have dark mode.

Add the option to automatically include the device name as the assigned or reported agent - put an end to 'my computer has a problem' or dealing with generic device names.

We should have an OR operator in Ticket Automation conditions. At the moment, adding a second condition for the same Field means that both must match. Instead, let's have the option to add multiple OR statements: if title contains 'monitor' OR title contains 'laptop' OR title contains 'printer' etc.
Even better would be the ability to add two separate OR groups with an AND: IF title contains "new/second" AND title contains "printer/laptop/monitor" etc.

Additionally, we need to be able to see the number of available patches per device - most other RMMs can do this.
This way when onboarding a new customer or site, we can quickly focus on those devices that will require the most attention or time to bring into compliance.

Adding date(s) to an existing ticket, not just when creating a new ticket.
Also, this search criteria NEEDS to have a 'Contains' option, if not a regexp parser.
