This will make the Patch Management Auto-Approval settings very useful.
Right now the critical updates category dosent contain any updates for Windows 11 and the non-critical category contains every single update under the sun!Jazz Oberoi supported this idea ·

+1 to this. Also once excluded, please stop showing it in the Dashboard and the Device OS Patch Mangement page so a agent dosent install it accidentally

+1 to this request ! This has caused great deal of duplicate devices for us.
It would be best if Atera generated a unique AgentID based on Hardware-hash value of Motherboard etc so after a reinstall that would remain same but will still be unique for different computers.
You would think a RMM & Patching platform would atleast keep its own agent patched and auto-updated as a start !?
I dont think this is too much to ask and it should'nt even be a topic for discussion.
