Would allow for much more efficient monitoring of critical alerts via a quick glance at the subject line of an email. We could easily and quickly see every alert, which customer and which device. And if we feel that alert is important, we could open it up to read the details, or choose to ignore it or look at it later. Especially important for small business, that have limited staff, and everyone is multi tasking.
