  1. I found the other day when on-site at a clients office that I was unable to add a customer while using the Atera app. Did I miss something here or was that an oversight? I am requesting that an add button be placed in the app so we can add customers on the fly if that is possible.   4. Currently the only way to forward is to add the forwarding recipient to the CC field, where the original recipient receives the email.
    When escalating to third parties etc this is sometimes not practical.
    The ability to change this would be very useful.

    Hey everybody,


    The ability to forward or change the "To" field in tickets exists in the system.


    You can do so by clicking the little pencil next to the requester panel (see screenshot).


    By changing the contact for the ticket, if you send a public reply, for ex. to a 3rd party, they will receive the ticket history as well.

  5. Being able to remove a patch in its entirety from the patch management, instead of it being marked as "Excluded". Not show computers with excluded patches as computers with missing patches in reports or in the agent status.

  6. Select ALL devices at once
    To add profiles/software bundles, alert thresholds, etc.

    When you use the checkbox to select all devices, the UI only selects the 20 currently showing devices instead of ALL devices.

    I would like to select ALL devices without endless scrolling down to show all devices and then scroll back up again, to check the box and push a change at once.

  7. Please create some webhooks that can get triggered when an threshold is tripped or when a ticket is created, etc... (think about sending alerts to Teams Channels, or Slack Channels depending on client etc). This is a huge issue for us, keeping up on the tickets coming in as the interface to manage is kind of clunky, and the overall web notifications of tickets its insufficient. Email templates are limited for customization and mobile app rarely functions.

    Hey,


    We have released an automated sync with AzureAD as part of our Enterprise and Superpower packages.


    The sync is ongoing and performed every 12 hours, ensuring no manual action is needed on your end.

    Of course, your sync settings (such as group and user settings filtering) are saved for the syncing of each instance.

  11. We need to be able to search the device list. It's not in any sort of logical order, and we can't sort by/filter anything. A basic machine name search would be really useful.

  12. Append original ticket when customer replies to automated notification rather than creating a new ticket.
    At the moment the notifications from the ticket automation rules with the email templates will not append to a ticket when replied to , but open a new one.

    This is possible, it requires adding the Ticket number snippet in the Email title ( [#{[Ticket Number]}].).

  13. Currently when software is installed via Chocolatey, there are no logs or records available from within the Atera Web UI

    If a software package install fails for example, we get an alert saying that something failed and to check the device log files, but in order to do that, we either need to remote on or use a remote command prompt / powershell prompt

    There should be an integrated way to view the log files from the Atera interface without having to go looking through the PC.

  18. My customers are extremely privacy-conscious, an acceptance password for Splashtop to confirm the connection would help a lot. Just connecting to the machine is causing some problems.

  19. It would be very useful to trigger an alert after running a PowerShell script automatically so that you can check a lot more with alerts

    The reception and display of alarms in real time (monitor) is fundamental in the management of the systems and in the optimization of interventions.
    The control elements on the systems are many and different between the different realities (services, backup, antivirus, modifications, etc.).
    It would be useful to be able to insert scripts to be used as a monitor in continuous operation The script must allow to trigger an alarm with a settable severity, perhaps…
