connect to device from ticket
We get a ticket/alert about a specific device. There should be a quick link to open the device page and/or manage/connect to the device right from the ticket page.

This is currently possible!
If you have an agent assigned to the ticket you will be able to go to the agent.
Moreover, if the device is offline you will be able to remote connect to it straight from the ticket page.

Abilty to filter the devices list
It would be great to be able to filter the devices list by the type of device. A simple click to include or exclude workstations/servers/SNMP....

Add Signatur to ticket answers
Add Signatur to Response from Ticket. Currently i can answer a ticket, but i have to add signature, name, title under the text. It would be nice to have the ability to add a line like " answered from mobile phone, technician surname, lastname"

Localization in other languages for customer and ticket portal
Would be nice to have the localization in other languages in addition to English for the customer portal and ticket system

You can change the portal language by clicking the top right corner while logged in.

It would be helpful, beeing able to write own notes to a device. Having some fields we can name ourselfs. eg Warrantie End, When bought, where bougt, several fields with free text. Not a attachend file, which i even cannot see that is one there in the device oerview

Ticket Archive
Ability to archive tickets

This is possible.
Today, when you "Delete" a ticket it simply changes to deleted status but the ticket can still be filtered on and accessed from the tickets list.

Ability to 'nickname' PC's
Customer has many computers with generic names - would be nice to have a field in the device that can be searched to find 'Jennifer' for example or even to add asset tag information.

Network Discovery: 'Ping' Status
We've added a third 'Status' to workstations/servers, in the Devices table and graph. You can now see a 'Ping' status In addition to 'Online' and 'Unreachable'. This means that the device is pingable (It differs from 'Online' in that the WMI port is closed/unreachable).
