Integration with MS Teams
It would be nice if we could setup an MS Teams channel that was dedicated to opening/responding to tickets.

This would be a great addition to the Atera services. Everyone uses Teams these days and it would make sense to have a channel, or a Tab where users could submit tickets and review their status.
It could basically replicate the HelpDesk portal in some sort of iframe in Teams.
I'm sure that it should not be too complicated since you already have all the pieces of the puzzle. Just need to find a way to put them together. lol
