  1. It would be nice to have the ability to see transfer rate and percentage completed of a file transfer, as well as the option to cancel the transfer.

  2. Actually, if there is no description in a time entry, the timesheet report will only show the time as if it was simultaneously entered at the ticket closing time.

    This issue isn't happening if a description is entered at the time entry.

    It would be good that every time entries, even without description, would be shown at the date they are entered.

  3. All of the branding is nice with one exception. When our techs are logging in at customer sites, it comes up Atera when they login. We run the risk of them 'going around us' when they know our vendor partners. It would be great to go that last step and brand the login screen for us. I know it only takes a second to login and get to our logo but in certain instances we set up our clients as a tech as a service to them.

  4. I would like a snippet for the email body when a user submits a ticket via email. It would allow me to add it to an email template so I can see what the details of the ticket are.

  5. The preset threshold for failed log in attempts is currently 3, we are unable to alter this to a higher number. Even Microsoft is currently 5 before they do a lockout. Can we get the option to alter the preset number to something higher either say a preset options to select from a list or a number entry option for the system? Currently when attempted to alter the border just goes gray and does nothing.

  8. Add a report to find machines not logged in to for > x days - useful for finding under utilised machines, or ones that may have gone missing!

  9. 1 hour is far too out of date for hard disk usage info, the alerts update quickly, so the information on the agent page should do so too! Out of date information is of no use to anyone.

  10. Ability to have the retired device sync with what we see on Webroot. If there is a retired a device on Atera, on Webroot, that device is still listed over there. Would be nice to have it synched

  11. Having a ticket automatically created when a tech hits the Connect button to remotely login to a customer machine. There are times when a tech will connect to a computer to do or check something when there is not already a ticket created. Having a ticket automatically created or opened to fill in by the tech any time they connect would keep them from forgetting to track their time or documenting what they do. We are still using GoToAssist for remote support and at the end of each session a box pops up for the tech to fill in notes…

  15. It should be nice to save photos about it room, special devices, servers, etc... with a little description. This could be interesting when you have to explain to your technician particular activities..

  16. It would be very nice to have a Compliance Management area of the Atera web console where we can set stuff to be checked and monitored for compliance on the devices. For example, if I deploy a GPO to block USB devices, I'd like to be able to measure that, checking the registry items and confirming that the values are configured as expected. The compliance could then be checked via a report or directly in the dashboard for each customer.

  18. Currently there appear to be 3 ticket types.

    1. Email - If a customer emails in a ticket is generated. Denoted by envelope
    2. Alert - If a ticket is raised from an alerts (Server offline, disk space). Denoted by exclamation
    3. Phone - Every ticket manually created is assumed to be from a phone call. Denoted by a handset

    We generate certain tickets from other alerts, either from 3rd party monitoring or just on-site/on-device observations. When logging these tickets it appears it came from a call but it did not.

    The customer receives an email that THEIR issue has been logged but…

  19. It would be great if we could have more than 1st response and closed tickets. For example we have 2nd response time, 3rd response time and onsite response time.

  20. We would like the ability to take an existing ticket and change it from open to pending and then schedule when it would switch back from pending to open on a specific date.
