  1. well, at the moment i can "run now" an particular it auto profile only onto all devices. but we do need this for a particular customer and for a particular agent which devices have added that it auto profile global as customer or directly as agent...

  3. We have a few users that are disabling or uninstalling Atera and Splashtop services.
    Do you have a script that will prevent them from doing this?
    Or at least password protection to prevent disable or uninstall.

  4. Ability to connect to Anydesk without copying and pasting passwords. It would be nice if we can apply profiles to customers. For example, be able to set all endpoints to default to better performance and not to share sound.

  5. Would be great to run a profile from the manage agent. Now you have to find the agent, assign a IT automation profile, go back to admin- patch management-apply to - agent-save-Then go back to the profile and click run now...
    Profile is very useful to install base software and then apply script like install bitdefender.

  6. I noticed that when I delete a contact. All tickets associated to that contact are also deleted. I would like to be able disable the contact and not lose all the ticket history.

  8. Currently, the Apple Mac agent is not uninstalled, when a device is deleted in Atera.
    Deleted devices keep popping up as new devices.
    This is a no-go, especially when a service contract ends. There has to be a simple solution for uninstalling Mac agents automatically .

  9. We would like the ability to print the Software Inventory for one device individually.

    This would save hours when onsite to replace a workstation to have a paper sheet to reference rather than dig through currently installed programs.

    Current reports allow me to print all software installed for a client, but not selective to an individual workstation.

  10. The SNMP library is becoming bloated with low effort / Low quality templates. Mostly clones of clones. Perhaps some moderators are needed to keep things cleaned up. I also suggest disabling the share to library function for cloned scripts in order to prevent multiple copies of the same script being uploaded to the library. Additionally, it would be great to have a language field so users can filter by their native language!

    1. One is to incorporate a password on the agent so people cannot accidently or purposely shut down the agent or uninstall because they are not sure what it is!
    2. Expand the White Label branding so it also allows customizing or generically displaying the install program name and folder name, as well as in the Apps and Add Remove Program Files. Instead of “Atera” under Program Files or Program Files (x86), or the Apps and Add Remove Program files use something like “RmmAgent” or “MSPcompanynameagent” The reason is customers see the Atera program and decide they do not know…

  13. File transfer needs to support more than 100mb files. Is this 2005?

    5gb file limit should be the minimum, preferably 10gb.

  15. I would like to have a view to see if contacts are not using Work from Home. This way we can audit who is not using the feature and release the license and not bill a customer for something they are not using.

  16. Use case for us is we have a license purchased for a monitor in the office to view tickets.
    Sometimes after the session timeout, the person with the MFA is not in the office and it is inconvenient to start a new session.
