SyncroMSP has this and its great feature to know if someone is busy working before I remote in or to see the general screen they are in to know if it is working when they do not respond.

It would be nice to have a better RMM dashboard. Show total count of devices, total offline and same factors when you drill down to a customer. this would also be great on the main website not just the mobile app.

It would be nice to see a list of latest (even last 10) scripts ran on all customers (by any means either manually initiated, from a threshold or policy).
It would also be great to have a report or be able to go the device specifically and see the last 10 or so scripts ran and the full output, would help to troubleshoot when an issue comes up.
