If this is added, I would like it available as a choice of default, but not the *New* default.

I personally wouldn't even be looking for anything that was too fancy. Just a Drop-down of customizable lists, and simple check-boxes to visually note when one of the tasks was completed.
For example, a new user setup would be:
Create AD account
License email account
Provide passwords to the user
...

This is a huge feature hole imo. We should be able to open tickets from scripts natively as a basic feature.

I would also like to see this.
Seems like a no brainer security feature that all of the other players have.
We should be able to post multimedia in the ticket timers, or be able to add time via a discussion.
It is very handy to be able to post pictures in the time entries, and to be able to add time to a note.
Please add either or both.
