Bring back the chat feature without the AI agent. Sometimes it would be nice to chat instead of using email, but the only way to do that now is to have AI, or do a Splashtop session just to chat.

Additional use case: We have a ticket form for onboarding that started as being for one customer and some other customers have started using it, but their HR system is different so what is a required field for large Customer A (i.e. ID badge number) isn't even a thought for small/medium Customer B. It would be very undesirable to have to label the forms Customer A Onboarding and Customer<x> Onboarding.

Simplification would be wonderful. I can't use face or fingerprint from my main computer, so having to click so many extra times to confirm using a standard method of authentication (password/otp) is rather ridiculous.

Add a snippet for Technician Group. That way if a ticket is assigned to a group instead of a tech the notification email will say which group has it.
