An error occurred while saving the comment Not sure why we can't integrate directly with Quickbooks Desktop instead of having to export and import. This should be included as many MSPs use QB Desktop. ConnectWise and many others directly insert invoices into QB Desktop.

As a new user...I went to setup WEEK 1 - Workstation Patching, then WEEK 2 - Workstation Patching, etc. We have customers with different patching maintenance windows, but generally, they all patch on week 1, 2, 3, or 4 and then on servers, there are different maintenance windows per client, but then also per server.
I was extremely surprised to see that I could not create a profile for example, called Workstation Patching - Week 1, and then instead of having to start completely from an empty profile, I couldn't just copy or duplicate the Patching - Week 1 and have 'Copy of Patching - Week 1' like every other vendor has it. Then I'd modify the name, and modify the target date and be done. To have to create these profiles one by one and not be able to simply copy and existing, is crazy to me.
