That is using their NOC service, which is alright at best. I think this is a good idea, however. Maybe Atera can use AI to have an automated call so they don't need to staff that for a simple alert. You get phone alerts for this if you use the monitoring feature currently, but a phone call would be nice.

Allow user/group/team creation in atera and sync to O365. As well as adding/removing licenses and/or users.

A reminder to the Tech is nice, but it would be beneficial if a reminder notification goes out to the client as well.
For example, send an email the day before and the day of the appointment reminding the client that a tech will be on-site today. That way, if something comes up on the client's end, they could email back and let us know not to come on-site and to reschedule.
