Folder management :
Get Folders <Customer> doesn't exist
Post ( rename ) <Customer>, <folder> doesn't exist
Create New folder ( doesn't catch duplicate folder names ) -

Categorize Customers ( Property : Group )
It's hard to manage Technicians access privileges ( on Customers )
when creating many new customers.
Would be more handy ( dynamic ) with customer groups.
Assign Technicians Groups -> Customer Groups 👍
