Have you taken a look at Ticket Automation?
You should be able to send the tech an email if certain conditions are met. -

I think it's because for some reason by default the AteraAgent service is set to delayed auto start.
Edit: I have also noticed slower computers take longer to come online.

The variety of options for installing agents (download the msi directly, the curl script, download link) is nice.
It would also be nice if we could download a zip of every agent installer.
