Going to add another comment here about roles....if we ever get separate roles, since Helpdesk and Billing shouldn't be doing Network Discovery. That would be Sales Engineers or full-Admin staff.

I'm going to add in that certain roles need to be on a per-customer basis. Helpdesk/NOC should have access to customer servers, but not our own internal servers. (currently it's all-servers or no-servers based permissions)

My "Technician" role I have all boxes checked except for "Billing". That role can't run scripts or perform patch management tasks.

Just went to sign up and can't purchase for only the person(s) who would need it. Not buying it until then. Atera needs to learn what proper roles are and that not every one who would need access to Atera is a Field Technician.

I find that Developers don't understand "going back one step". It's like everything is designed for an iphone/ipad interface where there's no back button.

A proper NOC Dashboard URL would be better, even if it costs the same as a technician license.
