An error occurred while saving the comment Aaron Elliott commentedGoing to add another comment here about roles....if we ever get separate roles, since Helpdesk and Billing shouldn't be doing Network Discovery. That would be Sales Engineers or full-Admin staff.
An error occurred while saving the comment Aaron Elliott commentedI'm going to add in that certain roles need to be on a per-customer basis. Helpdesk/NOC should have access to customer servers, but not our own internal servers. (currently it's all-servers or no-servers based permissions)

An error occurred while saving the comment Aaron Elliott commentedJust went to sign up and can't purchase for only the person(s) who would need it. Not buying it until then. Atera needs to learn what proper roles are and that not every one who would need access to Atera is a Field Technician.

A proper NOC Dashboard URL would be better, even if it costs the same as a technician license.
