The problem is the Atera agent on Windows has a service startup type of "Automatic (Delayed Start)". I have absolutely no idea why this is the case. Manually changing the startup type to "Automatic" is reset back to the default "Automatic (Delayed Start)" the next time the agent service is restarted.

Wouldn't vulnerability scanning be the job of antimalware since that's essentially what they do already? I think for Atera, it might be nice to show apps that are out of date - but even that will probably only work for apps listed in the Chocolatey or Homebrew repos. Chances are good that your most critical line-of-business apps won't be listed in those repos, so I'm not sure what value this would provide.

This would be really useful. Seeing as how we also have PSA with Atera, I would like to raise an alert/ticket if a domain is expiring within 30 days.

Hey Tyler! Join the Slack group at https://aterachat.slack.com and post your script in the #scripting channel. I've been looking for a good printer script, and I may be able to convert yours to Powershell so it can be run in Atera.
