i think atera has to upgrade their current patch management that mainly focusing only windows cve. Infact now adays zero day are affecting in third party software as well, atera should consider upgrade current patch management that something is more robust. Infact Action1 patch management is fast and detailed as such you can navigate which app you specifically want to update and apply through all endpoint for address zero day vulnerability. Hope atera can focus on patch management where one of your selling target audien are MSP which this is heavily being rely on.

Allow access from one tenant to another tenant from IT department to MSP colloboration and manage agent from MSP license. For Example, i am a MSP but my client has a IT department and subscribed with atera. But due to the license issue, they are not willing to purchased or share us a license. We as a MSP will have difficulties to managed their devices if we do not have cross tenant sharing features but with such integration, this only allow IT department license to share to MSP license only as a fair play policy. Hopefully atera will look into this which will benefits MSP.

I think this is only available current in the US region and not in APAC which i had asked the helpdesk of Atera. Not sure why it wasnt release since US is already been using that.
