An error occurred while saving the comment peter groman commentedYou would have to incorporate a "transfer tickets to..." option or else all the techs tickets would be orphaned. And either way you now have no true history of who did what on that ticket.

Without this feature, I will not use the "integrated" ticketing system (it is included not integrated), no point since there are so many better non-integrated systems available.
