   Agent 2.0, the current one, is very error-prone under macOS.

   We repeatedly encounter the problem with the current agent that the agent no longer displays an online connection. The dotnet process then appears to be down. Only a reinstall brings the device back online. Furthermore, various Atera processes repeatedly consume memory. There also doesn't seem to be an automatic update function for the Atera agent. It would be very helpful if macOS were also taken into account. At least the agent should run smoothly.

   wird sich hier noch etwas tun? Oder werden wir als Kunden hingehalten?
   Wie kann es sein, dass über den TIER-2 gesagt wird hier wird etwas kommen. Aber bei den Kunden uns kommt nichts an. @Atera

   Es wird so langsam wirklich Zeit das hier etwas passiert. Seit 2021 wird das immer wieder gepusht. SNMP ist zur Überwachung von etlichen Geräten essentiell.
   Wann wird da was passieren? Was heißt in Planung? Dieser Status besteht schon länger.
