Show applied patches on each device
When patches are applied via Atera, they do not show up on the server itself.
It would be great to see them there as well and sometimes it irritates some customer

PSA redesign
A redesign on the ticket system in general to become much more customisable, similar to connectwise and freshdesk etc.
A simple way to understand what is required would be to hold a tech talk / catchup with your customers or just check out what freshdesk are doing and look at replicating this process.

Add MAC Address, device name, domain, user to Device Advanced Filtering so they are filterable on the Device page.
The search bar improvements that were made on Jun 29, 2021 are great but adding them as filterable items in Advanced Filtering on the Device page would make it so one can filter based on those fields, filtering on them to target for specific actions such as software deployment or scripts.

environment variables in Mac script or Terminal
I wrote a simple script to delete a shortcut off the desktop of the logged in user, but no commands work! I can't do anything as simple as 'unlink ~/Desktop/<filename>' , unlink '/Users/$USER/Desktop/<filename> , unlink $HOME/Desktop/<filename>'....even cd commands to those locations don't work . None of those paths are recognized either in a script or in the Terminal interface in Atera. Script version won't work running as System, and if run as Current User I get a "user is not logged in" error

Looking for a threshold warning for a process that IS running. The only option I can find is to monitor a process that IS NOT running.

Back Navigation
If you go to a customer that has lots of tickets, and you filter out the tickets to see only closed ones for example, and you click to open one ticket and then click back, it takes you back to the default open and pending tickets- there is no way to save a certain filter.

Top 100 Most Vulnerable Desktops instead of just 10
When I run a patch status summary and I see the "Top 10 Most Vulnerable Desktops" would it be possible to have the option to see Top 50 or 100. Just more then 10

Ability to have a view and/or report that will list all devices that require a reboot.
Now that the feature is there to show if a device needs a reboot, it would be nice if we could create a view and/or report that would show a list of those devices.

Schedule a single script at the device level or in tickets
Scheduling a script run right at the device (or even inside a ticket where you could pick the device!) would be ideal, with users in meetings frequently we could schedule patch removals or other items requiring a reboot for post meeting or known free/available time - it would be ideal as well to get an automated ticket update saying it had run and completed or failed

disable or change mfa
Would like to disable mfa for certain user accounts. Like helpdesk only accounts. Since we have some technicians that are helpdesk only and can only access tickets assigned to them

run a profile from the manage tab
Would be great to run a profile from the manage agent. Now you have to find the agent, assign a IT automation profile, go back to admin- patch management-apply to - agent-save-Then go back to the profile and click run now...

Ticket Submissions Without Login
Please add the ability to allow "New or Existing users to submit a ticket without the need to login to the portal.
The ability to embed a form or something on my website that give users the ability to submit a ticket which can then be updated or attached to a client from the admin side, or automatically based on their domain.
I have found that clients often forget to use the support portal and end up sending tickets to my personal email, to which then I must go manually create the ticket.

view device from software report
In the software report, there is a link that makes a modal window appear with a list of devices with the result of the search. Mostly we uninstall apps from here, but not all apps can be removed by Atera this way and the uninstall button is disabled. If you have many devices in the list it would be good to be able to jump to each device if you linked the "device name" column to the actual device.

Optional visual feedback of agent actions in computers
It would be nice to enable feedback on the remote computers from an icon in the taskbar. For example, if it is "Patch Friday", I would like to be able to notify my customer that at 5pm, on Friday, the computer is installing updates. The end user should be able to see the announcement of the agent and also be able to open it at any moment and confirm what actions are being performed on his/her device. Kind of real-time feedback for the end user or server administrator.

Create a Agent Offline Alert (Information, Warning, Critical, Crisis)
Would like the ability to have Atera alert of agents offline as a threshold with levels of Information, Warning, Critical, Crisis. This would really help us out.

I would like to be alerted if unexpected ports are opened on the company firewall, a very simple pen test that scans a specified public IP (or URL) and checks if any non specified ports are open. It would be an automatic scan that runs once a day.

Modify alert timeouts
Option to modify the timeout in which an agent hasn't established communicatio via the Admin portal. Currently, the only option is a manual REG change on each computer.
