Search Device on Mobile app
Mobile app: you can look at tickets, but you can’t search for a device. You need to browse per page and to get to device.

Localization in other languages for customer and ticket portal
Would be nice to have the localization in other languages in addition to English for the customer portal and ticket system

You can change the portal language by clicking the top right corner while logged in.
If there is a language we don't support at the moment and you would like to see, please let me know personally at yakov@atera.com

Add Signatur to ticket answers
Add Signatur to Response from Ticket. Currently i can answer a ticket, but i have to add signature, name, title under the text. It would be nice to have the ability to add a line like " answered from mobile phone, technician surname, lastname"

Search Bar Improvements
We've added device search info such as MAC Address, device name, domain, user, and IP address to the search bar, (no need anymore to check those fields with each new search query).

Better Forms
We've improved the experience of filling out forms, throughout Atera, by making it harder for them to 'disappear'. Now, the only way to close a form is to click 'Close' or a related action button

Sales Tax
Due to recent tax law changes, Atera will begin collecting U.S. state sales tax effective May 1, 2020. If your company is registered as tax exempt, or has a reseller certificate, you can now upload your exemption certificate by logging into Atera and going to Admin (on the side panel) > Tax Administration.

Now see all tickets associated with a contact (not just the most recent 5) within Customer > Contacts > Tickets.
