  4. Add Signatur to Response from Ticket. Currently i can answer a ticket, but i have to add signature, name, title under the text. It would be nice to have the ability to add a line like " answered from mobile phone, technician surname, lastname"

  12. We've improved the experience of filling out forms, throughout Atera, by making it harder for them to 'disappear'. Now, the only way to close a form is to click 'Close' or a related action button

  13. Due to recent tax law changes, Atera will begin collecting U.S. state sales tax effective May 1, 2020. If your company is registered as tax exempt, or has a reseller certificate, you can now upload your exemption certificate by logging into Atera and going to Admin (on the side panel) > Tax Administration.
