Congratulations on helping shape Atera! The feature you requested is currently being considered for development. Please be patient as the process can take a while or even stall to make way for other features. We’ll update you once it’s been implemented and released!

It is convenient to have the discovery tool in the same console as the rest of the tools, however, there are many cheaper or even free tools offering a better, more precise and easier to use discovery tool.
The convenience is not worth the cost, considering the general weakness of the current discovery tool. Many of the suggestions in this post need to be implemented before it can be considered a serious addition.
Namely, the ability to correctly identify devices upon discovery, edit the discovered devices and the ability to run the discovery tool from devices other than Windows platforms.
