It would be immensely beneficial if Atera could provide customization options for ping frequency and Generic Devices. The ability to adjust the ping frequency based on our specific needs would allow us to optimize resource usage and adapt to varying network conditions. Additionally, customization options for Generic Devices monitoring would offer greater flexibility in tailoring our monitoring approach to different environments.

Currently, we have observed that Generic Devices monitoring is limited to Windows Devices, and unfortunately, this poses a challenge. It would be great to allow Linux devices to monitor (ping) generic devices on the network.
