We use Atera to monitor and manage our customers’ devices, and it works great.
As a relatively small MSP with three employees, we often collaborate with other companies—some of which also use Atera. It would be extremely helpful if MSP partners could share specific customers with one another directly inside Atera.
Proposed Feature: Client Sharing Between MSP Tenants
The idea is that MSPs should be able to generate a secure link—or another form of verification—to share an existing customer record with a partner MSP. After accepting the shared access, that customer would appear in the partner MSP’s customer list, enabling both parties to support the same client without needing to log into each other’s Atera environments.
Each MSP should also have access to a clear overview showing which customers are being shared with which partner MSPs. Of course, the sharing relationship should be easy to revoke from either side at any time.
    Why This Is Needed
Currently, MSPs who want to collaborate must either:

Work inside the same Atera environment (which exposes all customers and carries significant security risk), or
Purchase extra licenses just so the partner MSP can access their environment—an expensive and impractical solution.

    Commercial Benefit for Atera
This feature would make Atera uniquely valuable for small MSPs that frequently cooperate with other service providers. It would encourage collaboration, reduce friction, and attract many smaller MSPs who are not yet using Atera. Client‑sharing would position Atera as the leading collaboration platform for small and mid‑sized MSPs.

Congratulations on helping shape Atera! The feature you requested is currently being considered for development. Please be patient as the process can take a while or even stall to make way for other features. We’ll update you once it’s been implemented and released!

Can you ensure that we can install Atera Agent and Splashtop silently on Mac using Intune? Currently, automatic installation is not possible. This means that when a new user starts using a wiped Mac, we have to go through various manual steps to install everything. This is not convenient for managing remote clients.
